With this document (the "Cookie Policy"), the Data Controller, as defined below, wishes to inform you of the methods and purposes of the processing of your personal data resulting from the use of cookies and other tracking tools on the website www.tellurerota.com (hereinafter, collectively referred to as the "website"), in accordance with the provision issued by the Data Protection Authority on 8 May 2014 "Identification of simplified methods for informing and obtaining consent for the use of cookies" and subsequent clarifications and updates (the "Guidelines"), art. 122 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (the "Privacy Code") and Article 13 of the GDPR.

Definitions, characteristics and application of regulations

Cookies are small text files that websites you visit send and store on your computer or mobile device, to be transmitted back to the same websites on your next visit. It is precisely thanks to cookies that a website remembers the user's actions and preferences (such as, for example, login data, chosen language, font size, other display settings, etc.) so that they do not have to be indicated again when the user returns to that website or browses from one page to another within the same website. Cookies are therefore used to perform computer authentication, monitor sessions and store information about the activities of users accessing a website. They may also contain a unique identification code that makes it possible to track the user's browsing within the site or statistical or advertising purposes.

Types of cookies: This website is analysed with a cookie scanning tool to keep a list as accurate as possible. The cookies that can be detected are classified into the following categories:

The processing is necessary for the purposes of pursuing the legitimate interests of the data controller or of a third party, provided that the interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring the protection of personal data do not prevail, taking into consideration the reasonable expectations of the data subject based on his or her relationship with the controller. In accordance with the provisions of the Guidelines, the Site has specific functionalities that allow it to store, for a period of at least 6 (six) months, the choices made by the user regarding consent to the use of cookies and tracking tools on the Website. At the end of this period, after the last choice made by the user, these choices will be erased and the next time the user accesses the Website, the user will be presented with the above-mentioned banner.

The data will be processed by personnel duly authorised by the data controller and may be processed by third parties belonging, by way of example, to the following categories:

The entities belonging to the above categories act, in some cases, as data processors specifically appointed by the Data Controller in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR and, in other cases, completely autonomously as independent data controllers, it being understood that, in the latter case, the communication of your personal data to such independent data controllers is carried out solely for the purposes indicated in this notice.  .
