Elesa S.p.A., a leading Italian company in the design and production of standard components for the mechanical and automation industry, has acquired a 60 per cent majority stake in Tellure Rôta S.p.A., an Italian company specialized in the design and production of wheels and castors for industrial applications. The brands, sales networks and production facilities of the two companies will remain independent.
