The 2024 Sustainability Report is the first published since Tellure Rôta became a Benefit Corporation, and the first integrated with the Impact Report.

This new Report marks an important step toward even greater transparency and accountability, aligning economic objectives with a commitment to the common good, employees, and the environment.

The document clearly outlines results, actions and concrete objectives aligned with the five defined common benefit commitments:

- Sustainable innovation in processes and reduction of environmental impact.

- Promotion of a positive and safe work environment, with a focus on people’s growth.

- Improvement of business activities with targeted actions for recycling production waste.

- Collaborative dialogue with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

- Support for projects and third-sector organizations to reduce poverty and inequality.

Becoming a Benefit Corporation represents Tellure Rôta’s formal commitment to creating shared value locally and across the entire value chain.
