Sustainability Report 2025

The 2025 Sustainability Report and Impact Report provide an updated overview of Tellure Rôta’s journey across environmental, social and governance matters.

This edition marks a further development in our reporting system, prepared with increasing attention to the evolving European framework and enriched through dialogue with employees, customers, suppliers, partners and representatives of the local community. This engagement has enabled us to update our materiality analysis and identify more clearly the priorities on which to focus our efforts.

The report presents the actions undertaken to strengthen the organisation, support people’s professional development, improve the management of environmental impacts and make our business processes increasingly responsible. One of the year’s most significant developments was the strengthening of our governance system through the adoption of the Organisation, Management and Control Model and the Code of Ethics.

The Impact Report completes this overview by illustrating the progress we have made as a Benefit Corporation and the commitments that will guide our work in the years ahead.
