Usos

Specifically designed for use in the food industry, thanks to their excellent resistance to washing and to aggressive chemicals as well as to their fitting with stainless steel brackets. The use of blue plastic components is often required in food industry because, thanks to the high visibility of the color tone, it is possible to quickly identify any particles accidentally ended up the product, thus minimizing the risk of contamination. Moreover, it is easier to ensure the cleanliness of the components as spores, mold, food residues and detergents are more visible than with other colored compounds. These wheels are intended mainly for static uses, for medium-heavy capacities. The excellent rolling resistance ensures that minimum manual effort is needed in handling, but only on smooth floors.
Examples of recommended applications: meat, fish and vegetable processing machines, mixers.

Para cada carga e diâmetro, a tabela indica a força (em daN) necessária para empurrar ou puxar uma única roda a uma velocidade constante de 4 km/h em piso liso. Para a movimentação manual de um carrinho de 4 rodas, escolher diâmetros que resultem em valores 5 daN; para movimentação frequente, escolher valores 3 daN.
