Our history and achievements

Recognised and certified quality

Tellure Rôta was the first company in the wheels and castors sector to obtain ISO 9001 certification for its quality management systems.
Today, this commitment extends to the environment and workplace safety, with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification, attesting to management procedures based on ethical principles and an organisational system that guarantees quality throughout every stage of production. The company has also obtained AEOF certification, which attests to the reliability of its customs and security procedures, simplifying international trade and enhancing competitiveness on global markets.

Made in Italy production

Tellure Rôta’s production processes are carried out at its three factories in Formigine, in the province of Modena. Here, specialised skills, state-of-the-art technology and constantly updated processes enable the transformation of raw materials into high-quality wheels and castors. Each production phase is carefully monitored, from material procurement to final assembly, in order to ensure high quality standards, reliability and continuity of service for customers in Italy and around the world.

Metal sheet pressing

Carried out with automatic mechanical presses using high-tonnage progressive dies.

Thermoplastic production

Carried out using fully automated injection presses.

Polyurethane production

An automated process that consists of core preparation, compound formulation, casting and curing.

Special polyurethanes

Compounds developed by TRLab to meet specific needs, manufactured on dedicated lines by experienced operators.

Wheel and Castor Assembly

Assembly on automatic lines, with the possibility of manual assembly for special, small-volume production runs.
