Uses

They show excellent rolling resistance and ability to damp noise when manually handling medium/heavy- duty loads, for mostly indoor use, on regular floors or slightly uneven surfaces with small obstacles. Not suitable for mechanical handling. Examples of applications: trolleys for indoor industrial handling, containers, manual pallet trucks, tilt trucks.

Environments of use

Suitable for environment with atmospheric agents, alcohol and glycol; not suitable for applications where mineral and organic acids, base solutions and saturated vapour are present.

Force required to push or tow a wheel

For each load and diameter, the table indicates the force (in daN) required to push or pull a single wheel at a constant speed of 4 km/h on a smooth floor. For manual handling of a 4-wheel trolley, choose values < 5 daN; for frequent handling, choose values < 3 daN.
