TR-PowerHigh polyurethane tread; hardness 92 +/-3 Shore A, with ergonomic round profile. Weldless steel centre.
Swivel top plate bracket with a plate made of forged steel with integrated pin, a fork with two drawn sides electrowelded to the flange, swivel actions made of an axial ball bearing an a taper roller bearing, nut anti-loosening system.
Designed for industrial environments, even in presence of alcohols, glycols, hydrocarbons. Not recommended in areas with organic acids and mineral acids, base solutions and saturated vapour.
Suitable for tiles and cement-resin. Not recommended unpaved floors or in the presence of processing residues. Not suitable in the presence of obstacles, even if small. They do not mark or damage fragile floors.
Voor elke belasting en diameter geeft de tabel de kracht (in daN) weer die nodig is om een enkel wiel met een constante snelheid van 4 km/u over een gladde vloer te duwen of trekken. Voor handmatige afhandeling van een trolley met 4 wielen bevelen we diameter met een waarde van 5 daN aan; voor frequente hantering bevelen we diameters met een waarde van 3 daN aan.
