Twin electrowelded castors with brake

Tellure Rôta’s range for heavy-duty and extra heavy-duty twin castors is now available with adjustable brakes, designed for efficiency, robustness and ease of use.

Brake for EEG HD castors
The single leading/rear brake system prevents the rotation of both of the wheels (not the rotation of the swivel head). The rear type brake remains within the operator’s reach while towing the trolley.
The brake is operated by a simple “from top-to-bottom” movement using the tip of the foot on one of the two independent pedals. One pedal is used for engaging the brake, the other is used for releasing the brake.

Brake for EEG EHD castors
The double leading/rear brake system prevents the rotation of the wheels (not the rotation of the swivel head) and each pedal brake works on one of the wheels. The rear type brakes remain within the operator’s reach while towing the trolley.
The two brakes are operated by a simple “from top-to-bottom” movement using the tip of the foot on one of the two independent pedals on each brake (a braking mechanism for each one of the wheels). One pedal is used for engaging the brake, the other is used for releasing the brake.

Fitting with wheels

EEG HD brackets can be fitted with 125 to 200mm wheels from series listed below. Loads up to 2.000 daN/castor.

• Series 72AL: Sigma Elastic rubber wheels, aluminium centre, swivel top plate bracket type EEG HD with brake | Tellure Rota
• Series 72GH: Sigma Elastic rubber wheels, cast iron centre, swivel top plate bracket EEG HD with brake | Tellure Rota

EEG EHD brackets can be fitted with 200 to 300mm wheels from series listed below. Loads up to 4.300 daN/castor.
