EEG SHD Twin Electowelded brackets: Load Capacity up to 6,000 daN

The range of brackets for extra heavy-duty applications has been expanded with the new EEG SHD twin electro welded brackets, designed for 300 mm and 400 mm diameter wheels.

Engineered for handling extremely heavy loads, even in the most demanding applications and for mechanically towed equipment at speeds of up to 16 km/h, the new brackets provide a load capacity of up to 6,000 daN, while ensuring high stability, reduced floor pressure and excellent rolling performance even under full load.

The new brackets are available in the following versions:

300 mm diameter, with a load capacity of up to 5,400 daN;

400 mm diameter, with a load capacity of up to 6,000 daN.

They are the ideal solution for extra heavy-duty industrial trolleys, handling platforms, machinery and equipment, internal logistics equipment and, more generally, for all mobile structures requiring maximum load capacity and operational reliability.

EEG SHD brackets can be combined with 58GH series wheels in TR-PowerHigh polyurethane, ideal for the most demanding applications thanks to their high load capacity and excellent rolling performance, or with Series 64 wheels in TR polyurethane, offering the perfect balance of load capacity, wear resistance and rolling performance.
