Swivel top plate bracket, with a plate made of forged steel with integrated pin, a fork with two drawn sides electrowelded to the flange, swivel actions made of an axial ball bearing an a taper roller bearing, lubricator and nut anti-loosening system. Rear adjustable brake: adjustment of the brake setting alters product braking efficiency.
