TECHNICAL DATA
Injection polyurethane tread; hardness 55 Shore D. Polyammide 6 centre.
Swivel top plate bracket. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish. Swivel actions: double ball greased race; dust protection seal made of polyethilene. The king pin is obtained by moulding and duly rivetted. The front brake is necessary to lock wheel and top plate rotation.
Suitable for environments where atmospheric agents, alcohol, glycol, mineral and organic acids, base solutions and saturated vapour are present.
Suitable for tiles and cement-resin. Not recommended unpaved floors or in the presence of processing residues. Not suitable in the presence of obstacles, even if small. They do not mark or damage fragile floors.
For each load and diameter, the table indicates the force (in daN) required to push or pull a single wheel at a constant speed of 4 km/h on a smooth floor. For manual handling of a 4-wheel trolley, choose values < 5 daN; for frequent handling, choose values < 3 daN.
