Wheel description

Injection polyurethane tread, hardness 55 Shore D. Polyammide 6 centre.

Bracket description

Swivel bracket with stem for mobile scaffoldings. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish. In brackets for wheels diameter 125 and 150, the swivel actions are made of a grease-lubrificated double ball raceways. In brackets for wheels diameter 200, the swivel actions are made of a single direction axial bearing and a grease-lubrificated single ball raceway. In brackets for wheels diameter 150 and 200, the king pin is made of an unthreaded stem in steel and nut locked by mechanical deformation. For brackets diameter 125, the king pin is cold-headed unthreaded stem.

Environments of use

Suitable for industrial environments, also in presence of water and saturated vapour, alcohol and glycol, mineral and organic acids.

Force required to push or tow a wheel

For each load and diameter, the table indicates the force (in daN) needed to push or tow a single wheel at the constant speed of 4 km/h on smooth flooring. For manual handling of a 4-wheeled trolley we recommend diameters that have values 5 daN, for frequent handling we recommend diameters with values 3 daN.
