TECHNICAL DATA
TR-ROLL polyurethane wheels, hardness 75 Shore A; core made of cast aluminium.
Swivel top plate bracket type P. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of pressed yellow galvanised steel plate; swivel actions: double ball greased race with dust protection seal made of polyamide 6. The king pin is made of steel bolt 8.8 and nut series. The adjustable brake locks wheel and top plate rotation.
Suitable for environment with atmospheric agents, alcohol and glycol; not suitable for applications where mineral and organic acids, base solutions and saturated vapour are present.
Suitable for tiles, cement-resin, asphalt and expanded metal. Not suitable on unpaved floors and/or in case large obstacles are present.
For each load and diameter, the table indicates the force (in daN) needed to push or tow a single wheel at the constant speed of 4 km/h on smooth flooring. For manual handling of a 4-wheeled trolley we recommend diameters that have values 5 daN, for frequent handling we recommend diameters with values 3 daN.
