TECHNICAL DATA
Tyre: ESD TR polyurethane, with electric resistance values < 10^9 Ohm (=1GOhm) dark-grey non-marking colour, hardness 90 Shore A, with excellent rolling resistance and elasticity and good resistance to wear and tear. Centre: made of cast aluminium.
Swivel top plate bracket. The plate, the ball race ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish. Swivel actions: double ball greased race; dust protection seal made of polyethilene. The king pin is obtained by moulding and duly rivetted. The front brake is necessary to lock wheel and top plate rotation.
Suitable for environment with atmospheric agents, alcohol and glycol; not suitable for applications where mineral and organic acids, base solutions and saturated vapour are present.
Suitable for tiles and cement-resin. Not recommended unpaved floors or in the presence of processing residues. Not suitable in the presence of obstacles, even if small. They do not mark or damage fragile floors.
Voor elke belasting en diameter geeft de tabel de kracht (in daN) weer die nodig is om een enkel wiel met een constante snelheid van 4 km/u over een gladde vloer te duwen of trekken. Voor handmatige afhandeling van een trolley met 4 wielen bevelen we diameter met een waarde van 5 daN aan; voor frequente hantering bevelen we diameters met een waarde van 3 daN aan.
