Wheel description

TR-ROLL polyurethane wheels, hardness 75 Shore A; core made of cast aluminium.

Bracket description

Swivel top plate bracket type NL with dead man brake
Swivel top plate bracket type NL. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish; swivel actions: double ball greased race with dust protection seal made of polyethilene. The king pin is integral with top plate and duly rivetted. Dead man brake is normally on during non-operating conditions.

Environments of use

Designed for industrial environments, even in presence of alcohols, glycols, hydrocarbons. Not recommended in areas with organic acids and mineral acids, base solutions and saturated vapour.

Voor elke belasting en diameter geeft de tabel de kracht (in daN) weer die nodig is om een enkel wiel met een constante snelheid van 4 km/u over een gladde vloer te duwen of trekken. Voor handmatige afhandeling van een trolley met 4 wielen bevelen we diameter met een waarde van 5 daN aan; voor frequente hantering bevelen we diameters met een waarde van 3 daN aan.
