Counter-plates for industrial wheels and castors

Counter-plates are metal accessories used in industrial wheel and castor systems to ensure proper coupling between the wheel assembly and the mounting structure.

Their main function is to distribute loads and improve mounting stability, reducing the risk of deformation or mechanical play at the installation point. Typically supplied in a raw (untreated) condition to facilitate welding or integration into trolleys, counter-plates enhance the overall structural strength and safety of handling systems under heavy loads or continuous stress conditions.

All counter-plates are supplied raw (not treated on the surface) to favour their welding to the trolley.
