Extra-heavy duty EP industrial wheel bracket

The EP extra-heavy-duty bracket is a solution designed for material-handling applications involving extremely heavy loads, with a maximum load capacity of up to 1,600 daN. It is suitable for industrial trolleys and equipment used in particularly demanding conditions, where maximum strength, stability and long-term reliability are required. The design of the EP bracket guarantees extremely robust performance, ensuring compatibility with high-performance wheels and controlled movement even during intensive and continuous use.

Construction features of the extra-heavy duty bracket

Heavy-duty load brackets equipped with fixing plate made of forged steel and integrated pin; fork in thick pressed steel plate; excellent swivelling thanks to the use of an axial bearing that guarantees vertical load and a tapered bearing to compensate the oblique forces.

Low-maintenance and long-duration bracket thanks to the use of purposely shaped dust seal, lubrication of the bearings (option with grease nipple available) and highly resistant electrolytic galvanising against corrosion.
