TECHNICAL DATA
Tyre: very thick ESD TR-Roll polyurethane, with electric resistance values 10^9 Ohm
(=1GOhm) lightgrey non-marking colour, hardness 75 Shore A, with excellent rolling resistance and elasticity and good resistance to wear and tear. Centre: made of cast aluminium.
Swivel top plate bracket type P. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of pressed yellow galvanised steel plate; swivel actions: double ball greased race with dust protection seal made of polyamide 6. The king pin is made of steel bolt 8.8 and nut series. The adjustable brake locks wheel and top plate rotation.
Suitable for environment with atmospheric agents, alcohol and glycol; not suitable for applications where mineral and organic acids, base solutions and saturated vapour are present.
Suitable for all types of floors, even outdoors. They facilitate the overcoming of obstacles. They do not damage or mark floors.
For each load and diameter, the table indicates the force (in daN) needed to push or tow a single wheel at the constant speed of 4 km/h on smooth flooring. For manual handling of a 4-wheeled trolley we recommend diameters that have values 5 daN, for frequent handling we recommend diameters with values 3 daN.
