TECHNICAL DATA
Tyre: very thick ESD TR-Roll polyurethane, with electric resistance values < 10^9 Ohm (=1GOhm) lightgrey non-marking colour, hardness 75 Shore A, with excellent rolling resistance and elasticity and good resistance to wear and tear. Centre: made of cast aluminium.
Swivel top plate bracket type P. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of pressed yellow galvanised steel plate; swivel actions: double ball greased race with dust protection seal made of polyamide 6. The king pin is made of steel bolt series 8.8 and nut.
Suitable for environment with atmospheric agents, alcohol and glycol; not suitable for applications where mineral and organic acids, base solutions and saturated vapour are present.
Suitable for all types of floors, even outdoors. They facilitate the overcoming of obstacles. They do not damage or mark floors.
Voor elke belasting en diameter geeft de tabel de kracht (in daN) weer die nodig is om een enkel wiel met een constante snelheid van 4 km/u over een gladde vloer te duwen of trekken. Voor handmatige afhandeling van een trolley met 4 wielen bevelen we diameter met een waarde van 5 daN aan; voor frequente hantering bevelen we diameters met een waarde van 3 daN aan.
