Directional lock for NL standard duty - P heavy duty - PT heavy duty with hardened ball race brackets

The directional lock system for NL, P and PT castors is a system that allows the direction of travel of industrial castors to be aligned and locked during handling. It is designed to improve the stability and manoeuvrability of trolleys, reducing wheel wobble and facilitating movement in a straight line. The system can be integrated into or fitted to swivel castors and is used in applications involving manual or mechanised towing at low speeds.

Directional lock for standrd duty NL brackets

The directional lock is integrated in the swivel bracket.
It is suitable for manually handled trolleys or mechanically towed trolleys at low speed (max. 6 km/h) on good condition floors. 
It allows a simple engagement by self-clicking into position after pressing the front pedal.

Directional lock for standrd duty NL - heavy duty P - heavy duty with hardened ball PT brackets

Designed for assembly on the top plate's shorter side. 
It consists of galvanised steel plate and is suitable for manually handled or mechanically towed trolleys at low speed (max 6 km/h) on good condition floors. 
It allows a simple engagement by self-clicking into position after pressing the front pedal. 


Specifications:

  • it is fitted to the top plate of a castor by using the same fixing bolts which secure the bracket to the trolley;
  • it can be purchased as an accessory and combined with NL, P and PT castors with 125, 150, 160, 175, 180 and 200 mm diameters (140x110 mm plate);
  • it can be used with P and PT castors with rear brake;
  • it can be fitted with NL castors with rear brake and central brake (see  Waste bin containers section).
