Light-duty SL industrial wheel brackets

The Ligh-duty SL bracket is a solution designed for material handling applications involving light loads, with a maximum load capacity of up to 130 daN.

It is suitable for trolleys and light industrial equipment where good manoeuvrability, reliability and cost-effectiveness are required. The design of the SL brackets ensures simple and effective operation, guaranteeing seamless integration with various types of wheels and contributing to smooth handling in non-heavy-duty applications.

Design features of the light-duty SL brackets

The bracket is made of electrolytically galvanised steel plate.

The swivel unit, consisting of two ball race rings rolling on calibrated tracks obtained on pressed components, together with the assembly of the bracket by cold forming of the pin integrated in the lower ring, ensures good manoeuvrability and reduced play.

The shaping of the fixing plate protecting the upper ball race ring and the lubrication of the balls with industrial multi-purpose grease reduce maintenance under normal operating conditions.
