Heavy duty PT with hardened ball race industrial wheel bracket

The heavy-duty PT bracket with hardened raceways is a solution designed for high-load handling applications, with a maximum load capacity of up to 900 daN. It is suitable for industrial trolleys and equipment used in demanding conditions, where high strength, stability and durability are required. The hardened bearing races ensure greater resistance to wear and improved smoothness, even during intensive and continuous use.

Bracket made of thick pressed steel plate with excellent swivelling guaranteed by two ball race rings housed, unlike the P series, inside hardened steel races. Precise assembly by means of a highly mechanically resistant bolt and locknut anti-loosening system, lubrication and adequate protection of the ball race rings against dust, together with the highly corrosion-resistant electrolytic yellow galvanisation, guarantee long service life and reduced maintenance in normal operating conditions. 

Brake: adjustable rear.

Directional lock available for NL-P brackets.
