Medium-duty M industrial wheel bracket

The Medium M bracket is a solution designed for material-handling applications involving medium loads, with a maximum load capacity of up to 500 daN. It is suitable for trolleys and industrial equipment requiring high strength, good manoeuvrability and reliability, even under more demanding operating conditions than those encountered with standard supports. The design of the M brackets guarantees stable and efficient operation, ensuring compatibility with various types of wheels and smooth handling in general industrial settings.

1) Plate: electrolytically galvanised steel plate

2) Fork: electrolytically galvanised steel plate

3) Ball race ring: electrolytically galvanised steel plate

4) Dust seal: blue polyethylene

5) Swivel actions: double ball ring with grease lubrication

6) King pin: integrated with the plate and cold-riveted

Bracket made of pressed steel plate thicker than the NL model. Excellent swivelling guaranteed by the double ball ring. 

Precise assembly by means of cold-mechanical forming of the pin integrated in the top plate, lubrication and adequate protection of the ball race rings against dust, together with electrolytic galvanisation, ensure long service life and reduced maintenance requirements under normal conditions of use.
