The quality of Tellure Rôta products is guaranteed by in-house testing procedures that include acceptance checks of incoming raw materials and all other purchased components, checks performed on intermediate products in the various stages of the production process, and testing of finished products.
The TR Lab is equipped with test rigs and equipment to allow in-house testing in compliance with international standards in the wheels and castors sector and also in relation to specific application sectors.
Specifically:
• Dynamic load testing of castors and wheels for industrial applications in compliance with ISO 22883:2004 or ISO 22884:2004;
• Dynamic load testing of castors and wheels for mobile waste containers in compliance with BS EN 840-5:2004;
• Dynamic load testing of castors and wheels for institutional applications in compliance with ISO 22881:2004;
• Conformity tests of scaffolding castors and wheels in compliance with UNI EN 1004:2005
• Rollability tests on castors and wheels for industrial applications in compliance with UNI 11330;
• Efficiency checks of wheel braking and/or locking device in compliance with ISO 22883:2004 or ISO 22884:2004;
• Static load capacity tests of wheels for institutional applications in compliance with ISO 22881:2004
The following chart describes the tests carried out in compliance with the applicable standards for determination of the load capacity stated in the catalogue for wheels for industrial applications:

| Obstacles quantity | 500 obstacles spaced at between 1 and 3 metres | 5 times wheel diameter in mm (e.g. a 200 mm dia. wheel must pass 1,000 obstacles); the obstacles are spaced as follows: A>= 1 m; B>= 1.5 m; C>=3 m |
| Duration | Sequence of cycles with maximum duration of 3 min. and maximum pause time of 1 min. The wheel must pass the obstacles and then complete 15000 revolutions without obstacles | Sequence of cycles with a maximum duration of 3 min. and maximum pause time of 1 min. The wheel must pass all the obstacles. |
