Standard-duty NL and NLX brackets

1) Top plate: electrolytically galvanised steel plate or AISI 304 stainless steel

2) Fork: electrolytically galvanised steel plate or AISI 304 stainless steel

3) Ball race ring: electrolytically galvanised steel plate or AISI 304 stainless steel

4) Dust seal: orange polyethylene

5) Swivel action: double ball ring with grease lubrication

6) King pin: integrated with the plate and cold-riveted

Bracket made of pressed steel plate with excellent swivel guaranteed by two ball race rings.  Precise assembly is achieved by cold mechanical forming of the pin integrated in the top plate; lubrication and adequate dust protection of the ball race rings, together with electrolytic galvanising (NL) or the AISI 304 stainless steel construction (NLX), ensure long service life and reduced maintenance under normal operating conditions. A specific version for applications at temperatures above 100 °C is also available.

Brake: front, rear, centralised.

Directional lock available for NL and P brackets.
