1) Plate: electrolytically galvanised steel plate

2) Fork: electrolytically galvanised steel plate

3) Ball race ring: electrolytically galvanised steel plate

4) Dust seal: blue polyethylene

5) Swivel actions: double ball ring with grease lubrication

6) King pin: integrated with the plate and cold-riveted

Bracket made of pressed steel plate thicker than the NL model. Excellent swivelling guaranteed by the double ball ring. 

Precise assembly by means of cold-mechanical forming of the pin integrated in the top plate, lubrication and adequate protection of the ball race rings against dust, together with electrolytic galvanisation, ensure long service life and reduced maintenance requirements under normal conditions of use.
