Front brake for SL bracket

Total brake, it locks both wheel and bracket rotation.

The braking device is integral with the fork. The plastic pedal is used for both locking and releasing. The particularly low pedal position allows easy operation even when mounted on bulky structures. The hardened carbon steel spring with zinc-coated lamellas ensures very high corrosion resistance.

Total brake, it locks both wheel and bracket rotation.

The front brake remains within reach of the operator when pushing the trolley. It features a double lock/release pedal to improve accessibility. The fold-away release pedal reduces overall dimensions. The shaped braking spring optimises wheel locking in both rotation directions. The hardened carbon steel spring with zinc coating ensures high corrosion resistance.

For NLX brackets, this brake is also available in a fully stainless steel version.

Total brake, it locks both wheel and bracket rotation.

Double lock/release pedal system. Fold-away release pedal reduces dimensions. The shaped braking spring guarantees effective locking in both rotation directions. Hardened carbon steel spring with zinc lamellas ensures excellent corrosion resistance. Stainless steel version available for NLX brackets.


Adjustable front brake for M brackets – diameters 150–200 mm

Total brake, it locks both wheel and bracket rotation.

Braking efficiency can be adjusted by means of an M8 hex-head screw (13 mm spanner), optimising braking according to tread hardness, wheel wear and operating conditions. Always verify that the braking setting is suitable for the application.


Adjustable front brake for sprung-loaded EES MHD brackets – diameters 150–250 mm

Adjustable front brake, locks the wheel only.

Single lock/release pedal with top-down operation for maximum manoeuvrability. Hardened carbon steel spring with zinc coating ensures very high corrosion resistance. Braking efficiency can be adjusted by means of an M8 screw and 13 mm spanner.
