TECHNICAL DATA
The twin electro welded EEG SHD bracket is designed for material handling applications with extremely high loads and particularly heavy-duty operating conditions. Available for wheels with diameters of 300 and 400 mm, it reaches a maximum carrying capacity of 5400 and 6000 daN respectively. The reinforced structure, twin-wheel configuration and high-strength swivel components ensure stability, manoeuvrability and reliability even at full load.

The fixing plate is made of thick forged steel with integrated pin; the fork has thick reinforced legs welded to the flange. The axial ball bearing and tapered roller bearing guarantee excellent manoeuvrability even at full load and increase the side impact resistance of the bracket. The grease nipple, nut anti-loosening system, protective O-ring against dust and zinc-plating guarantee extremely long duration and simple maintenance.
The top plate's longer side of fixed brackets is parallel to the axle of the wheel.
Directional lock: directional lock type EEG EHD available.
